Warranty on Items purchased from Dealers:
Warranty assistance is provided by TrainAidsA, in collaboration with Railway Shop, the manufacturers of T-Gauge products by K.K.Eishindo (Japan). This covers items sold by TrainAidsA directly, as well as for items sold by dealers who source from TrainAidsA.

Note for customers:
Please check and make sure that the seal is intact for the covered items that you buy from dealers. Items that are covered by the warranty include the control box and the car sets only. On items delivered to the dealers, a seal is placed, on the Track Oval Box & the Car Sets as shown in the picture.
