Diesel Alco CP No. 1329 (HO)

Specifications:	Alco Diesel, DC Loco, HO Scale, All axle traction. PCB with NEM DCC decoder socket, operating lights & inner cab light. Injection moulded body with many factory applied details. Models come ready in "weathered" version also. Available with NEM European or "Kadee" type couplers.

Alco made locomotives mainly for the United States but it also supplied railways in Europe from Spain to Greece, Asia including India, Australia and New Zealand. While each customer could specify various equipment the classes as a whole were very similar. Many of the options were "under the hood" including types and size of engine and hence not visable. They were also available in a variety of guages from 5'3" to 3'6". Like all Alco locomotives their genesis was in those locomotives they produced for their United States customers. Alco have long been overlooked by model manufactures but now there is a limited opportunity to purchase high quality ready to run European made Alco models at very competitive prices.
