Backordered Items
Items that show as "Back Ordered" or "expected soon" may take more than a month to come in.
If you would like to order such items, your order might be shipped to you in parts. We would prefer that you send us intructions on how you would like to handle the order. Maybe you would like to wait for the whole order to be shipped together, even though late, together with the back ordered items, on their arrival from the manufacturer.
US/Canadian Shipping!
We use combined shipping for calculating shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.
A Packaging & Handling charge of $3.00 is automatically added to all orders,
international or domestic, placed via the Shopping Cart.
Once you have finalized the quantities of each item you have added to the cart, please update the cart
and review your Shopping Cart. Alternately, for combined shipping of multiple items,
you may wish to request an invoice by sending us an email with your list of items. Please contact us directly
for any shipping & handling questions at "info [at] trainaidsa [dot] com".
We send shipping notification to the email address received from Paypal. If that email address is not valid, either you send us an address to communicate to, or you will not receive any information on shipment. Along with the shipping notification, we also send brief instructions & links to information on our web site.
Overseas Orders !
We request that overseas customers do not use on-line shopping cart.
Our PayPal Shopping Cart is set up for US/Canadian orders. However, if an order from another country
is placed through the on-line shopping cart, please send us a copy of the detailed list of items by email,
so we can check the items and the payment for processing accuracy.
A Packaging & Handling charge of $3.00 is automatically added to all orders,
international or domestic, placed via the Shopping Cart.
We prefer that overseas customers send us their order with their shipping address by email.
We will will inform the customer of the total Packing, Handling & Postage
and will wait for confirmation and payment before fulfilling the order.
Yes, payment for orders like this can still be made by PayPal.
Special Instructions:
If you would like us to mention something specific in the Customs Forms or mention a certain value
to assist you in faster customs clearance, please advise us at the time of ordering
as we may ship your items within a day or so. We would be happy to assist you in this.
Tracking/Delivery Confirmation Services:
We do not add "Tracking" service to any package unless requested.
Shipment confirmation for overseas shipments is possible via the customs form number.
Tracking can be provided if we either add "Registered Delivery", or send via "Priority Mail".
These services will be an additional US$12.00 - US$25.00 depending on the size and weight
as well as the country of destination. If you would prefer these to be added,
please request an invoice in which you specifically mention this preference.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If any items have been damaged or are missing from the package(s) received, please inform us by email, with photographs in case an item is damaged, within seven days of receipt of the package so we can review the situation and suggest suitable action.
