    Matthew Davis builds fully functional & complete, portable T-Gauge layouts, right from the carrying case onwards. He also provides finishing services, such as painting and finishing diorama items, to items sold by T-Gauge as unfinished, e.g. cars and buildings.

    Matthew Davis
    He was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and raised in many parts of the country. He spent his formative years living just a few yards from the AT&SF line, which instilled in him a lifelong passion for trains.
     
    Over the years, he has built and worked on a number of N scale layouts. Since about 2000, he has mainly been modeling Japanese railroads. He is a member of the Baltimore Area NTRAK club, and a founder and current president of the Japan Rail Modelers of Washington, DC. He now lives in Silver Spring, MD (near Washington, DC) with his wife and dog. When he's not working on trains, he enjoys woodworking, penmaking, and windsurfing.     His modelling skills have provided TrainAidsA the ability to offer HO scale models of Indian Railway Locomotives and coaches, both currrently under production. Initially these are for sale only in India, but pre-orders are accepted for sale to other countries. More Pictures will be added as available. A few of his works are shown below.

    Lloyd Pierce
    Lloyd has been making models from scratch since he was a teenager. His passion covers model trains, boats and submarines. His latest submarine was built from scratch. It is capable of underwater speeds matching real submerged submarine performance, while totally radio controlled, both above and below the surface of water.
     
    He was born in India, and has been living in Canada for more than 20 years. He was enchanted by trains being close to them as his father worked in the Indian Railways.
     
    Having majored in Art, and having a passion for trains, or for that matter, all forms of transportation. His modelling experience gives him a unique advantage. He is a master detailer and you can see that in his work as well.

    Scratch built "O" Scale Narrow Gauge model.
    Runs on HO 16.5mm track. Length of the loco is around 6in., height about 3.5in., and can take 15-inch curved radius track. The loco has complete working Walschaerts valve gear and lights. Not for Sale.

    Accessories in HO

    Peter has has made an immense contribution to the accessories produced and sold by TrainAidsA. The Power Pickup range has been designed exclusively for TrainAidsA by Peter Sainsbury. His concept behind the design was to produce a dream pickup for a hobbyist. So the Power Pickup Type PP1 was designed to accomodate the needs of all. It can be used as a side slider for rails, a center shoe for Marklin or a three rail system, or as a wheel wiper for one or more wheels. We therefore feel that our pickup is the best design available.

    Peter, as his site explains, "specializes in reproduction tinplate figures and accessories, high quality scale model vehicles and accessories. These are available from him either as kits or built to the highest standards in any gauge. 0 gauge is a specialty. Moreover we are fellow enthusiasts and are happy to offer free advice or assistance. If you want animation including turntables, cable-cars, fairground rides then contact us. We can help you with your own project or build from scratch.
     
    And if catastrophe should strike we can repair and rebuild anything from the last 150 years including Lionel, Marklin, Carrette, Bing, Hornby, Bassett Lowke, Leeds, Ives, Faller, Vollmer, Kibri. We can also install sound units, smoke and other locomotive enhancements. Regearing and remotoring for ultimate performance also undertaken.
